Some key points for you 

 

Key Funding Points 

• Aged 19 or older at enrolment (advised, but not mandatory to complete English and Maths) 

• For this qualification funding is available for non-regulated members in direct care roles, including agency staff. This includes: 

• activities workers 

• care workers. 

• personal assistants 

• rehabilitation workers 

• shared lives carers

• advocacy workers 

• any other roles where staff work with people who need the care and support of the adult social care workforce in England

• private social care settings (NON NHS)
